In these regulations of the online store www.maxam.pro, hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations", the following terms should be given below:

"Shop" - online store located on the website www.maxam.pro and its subpages,

The goal of the Store's operation is the retail sale of sports equipment and accessories.

The prices on the store website on the products offered are gross prices and include 23% VAT. The prices of products are given in PLN, EUR or GBP and do not include shipping costs.

For proper use of the Store, as well as placing an order, it is required to enable cookies in your web browser. Detailed information about cookies is included in the Privacy Policy provisions.

Using the Store and making purchases is tantamount to acceptance in full of the following Regulations and Policy.

The seller informs that he is obliged to deliver goods free from defects. All photos on the Store website are the property of the Seller and he does not agree to their use without his consent.





The condition for making purchases in the store is the registration (creation) of the User Account or the so-called shopping without registration (providing data enabling the order to be made, without the possibility of later logging into the customer's account). The registration is aimed at obtaining by the Seller the data necessary to complete the contract, improving communication with the client during the order processing procedure, and facilitating and reducing the time of submission of any subsequent orders.


To create an Account, complete the registration form with the following details: name, surname, e-mail address, contact telephone number, delivery address and password. It is forbidden to add unlawful content to the form. Personal data are processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data in a way that prevents unauthorized access by third parties.


Compatible with the above regulation, Customers have the right to inspect their personal data, correct them and request removal. After logging in, the Customer has access to their data at any time and has the option to change them using the "Your Account" tab.


By sending a registration form, the Customer declares that he has read and accepted the following Terms and Conditions and agrees that the store may process personal data necessary to process orders.


After registration, the customer can log in to his account in the store using the username and password given during registration.


Placing orders


In the Store you can place orders 7 days a week for 24 hours a day.

The customer completes the order by browsing the products in the store and selecting the "Add to basket" option on the product page. When ready to place an order, please use the "Go to order fulfillment" link on the Cart page.

Throughout the entire duration of the shopping, the customer has the option of viewing and editing the contents of his shopping cart (adding and removing products and changing the amount of a given product in the basket).

Final provisions


In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the generally applicable law, especially the Civil Code and the provisions of the Act on special terms of consumer sales and the amendment of the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141 of 2002, item 1176) and the Act on Protection certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws No. 22 of 2000 item 271).
